Delete your KalyKala Climbers account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile → Edit Profile
2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
3. Confirm

Deletion permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, likes, blocks, reports, feedback, and push notification tokens from our live systems immediately. Residual copies may persist in our disaster-recovery backups for up to about 60 days before those backups are rotated out. Deletion is irreversible — if you want to use the app again later, you’ll need to sign up again.

No longer have the app installed? Email us at hello@kalykala.comfrom the address you signed up with, and we’ll delete your account and all associated data for you within one month.
